TERRIBLE SERVICE. SOME EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. THEIR ALL ABOUT THEIR MONEY. THEY JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TO ALL, BECAREFUL. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER DENTIST TO GO TO THAN THIS ONE.

Horrible Service from staff!!!! ZERO STARS
  Honestly I have never went to an office and seen a staff be so rude! I'm writing this review in regards to my visit here with my girlfriend. 
  She had gotten work done here prior to our recent visit. She began complaining of a really bad pain on her tooth. I looked inside and saw her gum was black around that tooth. I told her it looked infected and to go back and have them look at it because they may have done something wrong. Oh wow the nerve of the female Dr. and her staff! 
  My girlfriend was explaining how she felt and what's going on and all the staff could say was we didn't do anything wrong , your exaggerating, etc. my girl felt so mistreated. As soon as they examined her mouth indeed the Dr. had made a mistake and it was infected. 
  Once the Dr. realized she messed up she took her frustration out on the patient.  We had to come back twice before this whole procedure was fixed. They even refused to numb her at one point she had to say please can you numb me and the dr continued to be rude to her and finally gave in to numbing her. 
     I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!!!! Best place to go is Kool Kids Dentist in Pomona!!!! Amazing staff and Dr. they will make you feel welcomed and will do a awesome job! DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! Once they make a mistake they will try everything in there power to make it seem to be someone else's fault other then there's. Also all the positive reviews are probably just because they  promote inside their office if you write a positive review you can when a $25 Gift card. LONG REVIEW.  SORRY I GOT CARRIED AWAY. I've been going to fresh smile dental for a little over a  year . Including my   6 year old .  I've always avoided going to the dentist since my younger years were filled with bad experiences specifically from the dental office behind regal cinemas (back then cinema star)don't remember the name .i hated it and since I was old enough I stopped going to dentist. When I knew I was ready to get braces I knew i would havd to get work done before the braces. So i asked friends where they went. I was nervous but I went with regal dental in riverside a 35 minute drive without traffic but i was willing to make the drive because of the great feedback. (Long story short .  I went there a total of 3 times each time the wait was loong . The last time i went saturday by appoinment only. Thinking it be faster . 2 hours  no other patients just me and The lassistant. Dr was late.    The ladies in the front especially the finance lady was rude. The only one   that made feel comfortable was the assistant she was really good.  Anyway. At this point i still had work to be done but didn't go back to that place . NOT worth it. I went to 5 different consultations for braces one of which was the denntal office behind regal and they said they would have to PULL 2 of my front teeth to get the job done! I hardly leave reviews buy I did with them that day.  Anyway    I say ALL that to say that every individual has there own experience.  some had great experiences with the other places I mentioned and I did not.   Fresh smile dental was one of the ortho consultation I went to and stayed with them. HAD the remaining dental work done with Dr. Zambrano . And i haven't had a problem . Wait time is as long as I'm on time usually about 15 min.  Ive waited in the room about 45 minutes one time but what is ONE time. I was also late that time . The girls upfront are helpful The  staff seem to be pretty good at assisting there was this one girl that I did not feel comfortable with but she is gone now. My 6 year old has done well with her . It's crazy that a dental office before i brought him here t old me they would only do his work if he was strapped down or sedated.  She told me he would be fine. And he was  and still is THANK you  guys   I've had my braces on since October and i love the progress I've made so far.

I don't usually do reviews because I feel everyone has a different experience but this place I would not recommend. I know that I have issues with my teeth and I finally made it into a Dentist office after 2 years and let me tell you this office was so unprofessional not only did the staff seem like they had no idea what they were doing but the Dr herself made me feel so uncomfortable. She kept shaking her head when looking at my x-rays on the screen and kept calling me "mami" and made me feel so embarassed making statements like "oh no mami your teeth are bad what are you doing?", " You're too young for your teeth to be this bad. You might have to get dentures" "I don't think I can help you, I don't even want to touch them" she even had her assistant take pictures of my loose tooth for liability purposes as she said, just in case it fell out so that I couldn't blame her office.She had multiple people coming in and out of the room I was in looking at my x-rays like shaming me, she didn't even explain that i had a gum disease just said my gums are bad and tgat she doesn't do gums, so I asked her  for a recommendation to another office that would be able to help I found out I have a gum disease by reading the paper she gave me. It was the worst experience I have ever had I literally cried in my car after leaving. It was very unprofessional and she was not sincere what so ever she made me feel so ashamed and very embarassed. I know my teeth are bad and that's why I'm trying to get help but she made me feel helpless.
