Was in for service for regular maintenance. Service department is great, no complaints there. All those guys have awesome people skills, and the new facility is beautiful. However, while sitting there waiting for my truck to be done, I heard the same employee (I think he was a sales guy? The one young lady referred to him as Mark or Mike. He was an older, short man.) talk down to not only one, but three females within ear reach of me. One of which was a customer, the other two I believe were also employees. Either way, the way he treated these females was disgusting and embarrassing for me as another man even. No human deserves to be treated as he treated them, especially not considering how nice and polite he was as soon as the manager (who was also a male) appeared. Absolutely disgusting. If this is the kind of misogynistic pigs Friendly wants to keep around to represent their dealership, I will not be giving them any more of my business for service or sales. And I HIGHLY recommend no one go to this man for sales, if that is in fact the department he is in. Please consider who you have on staff, Friendly. You are all far too nice of a dealership with a generally awesome staff to have people like that around. Just disappointed.

What a great place to buy a vehicle! I flew in from Long Island to buy a truck. Not only did they offer to pick me up but they even brought a hot coffee for me. I would definitely recommend Friendly Ford. Everyone was friendly! Thank you for being accommodating. I love my new truck and the price I paid.

I generally hate any and all things having to do with buying a vehicle/ dealerships... Meg Hems from Friendly Ford Geneva has completely changed that. She was fun, informative, knew her product inside & out, and was not pushy once. She genuinely cares about her customers and their needs, and did not once try to push me into anything I didn't want. But instead found the perfect truck for my wife & I, and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting at the price we wanted. I will be sending all of my friends & family her way from now on! Just wishing I found a salesperson as nice as her long, long ago.

Considering the good score of reviews, I must not have lucked out. Tried buying a brand new 2017 Explorer. First car had faulty pin on the airbag harness, so I refused delivery (I have a 6 month old baby... safety is my priority in this whole car buying experience). Second car ended up having transmission issues (detected within miles after taking delivery) among other things (pressure differential in cabin, flat spots on tires, faulty glass compartment and deep scratches on back bumper)... which is unacceptable for a brand NEW car. Instead of making things right by going back to the drawing board and delivering the vehicle I had ordered, they preferred giving me my money back (I should probably mention this was the fourth vehicle our family was buying from this dealership in 5 years). While I appreciated my sales guy and the sales manager a lot, the general manager made for the most rude, disrespectful, condescending experience ever. His demeanor was everything short of professional. I wish Friendly the best of luck in their new building... but it'll be without my business.

The Service Department is INCREDIBLE! I have both a Ford Mustang and a Chevy Silverado, and they never have an issue taking care of any problem I bring to them with either! Just great guys all the way around. --> I'd also like to add that being a female, I don't often feel comfortable going many places in the car industry, due to judgments and being taken advantage of. I have Never felt uneasy at Friendly, for both sales & service. And everybody there is always up front & honest with me, and genuinely cares about my best interests. Thanks, Friendly!
