All I need to say is Cliff Jones!!!!! This is how selling a car is done.  I was in the car business for a while, and have bought and sold many cars in my life and this is how it is done.  It started off on the wrong foot but I have never seen a dealership make up for a mistake it a huge way.  Not only was the mistake fixed but the car was also delivered. Very respectful and cared more about my opinion of the dealership than the bottom line.  I strongly recommend this dealership and Cliff to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I will be purchasing all of my next vehicles from them in the future.... Tradition Chevrolet is the way to go!!!!!!

My family just purchased our 2nd car Tradition and enjoyed our car buying experience.

My email to Mike the Service Manager at Tradition Chevrolet in regards to my service visit Wednesday June 21, 2017

Hi Mike,

As usual the service was superb as was the staff! 

But the most outstanding thing this time was that I apparently had dropped my bank debit card in the waiting area! Jeff your service writer either found it or someone was honest and decent enough to turn it in to him. He immediately called me to inform me that he had it! I can't express how grateful I was about that! That is a rarity in today's world and that act goes a very long ways with me! You can depend on me telling my family, friends and acquaintances not only about the great service but the HONESTY AND INTEGRITY with the way Jeff handled the finding of my debit card!

Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE AND THE HONESTY!!!

Do not buy a car from this dealership. We did not find them to be honest, transparent or ethical. We bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 23k miles from Tradition and had it shipped to Colorado. When it arrived the first thing we noticed was that it was lowered, which was never mentioned during the buying process. When we contacted Cliff he said he wasn't aware of this, but that he would only cover half of the $850 repair cost. The second thing we noticed was a rock chip in the windshield, which had been very poorly repaired and was still about an inch long--also never mentioned. Upon further inspection, the windshield had been improperly replaced and leaked air so bad that it sounded like a window was rolled down. The window was sagging to the point it partially covered the VIN. Replacement cost us another $240 out of pocket. We were told right before it was shipped that it had been broken into, likely by an employee, and the floor mats stolen. Cliff replaced the mats and said nothing else had been stolen. Within two weeks of receiving the vehicle the battery died. Upon inspection, the top of the battery box was broken and the original Delco battery removed and replaced with a no name generic battery - very strange. We would not purchase a vehicle from Tradition again - it was not a good experience.
