Typical dealer. People are pretty friendly. Came to buy a Nissan advertised when I got there they said it wasn't ready to sell but wanted a down payment so nobody else would buy it. Thankfully I found a better deal somewhere else. They called me several times over the 2 weeks after that to see if I was still interested in the Nissan. Turns out it didn't sell as quick as they said it would.

I would like to start off saying at first they were on top of things. Then they sent my info to banks without my approval , they picked a truck and it was the most expensive. Don't go here or buy from them. Their prices are to high do your home work before you buy.  Blue book them and you will see. I sold car for 8 years and these guys are sharks. They lie, promise the world and never deliver.  They break the law and then try and apologize. Buyer beware. They will try and say that it was because I couldn't get bought but I had 7k down and have been approved by GM on a truck from a real reputable dealer..

Shortly after our purchase it became clear that Geneva does not inspect or do maintenance on the used vehicles they intake. Tires weren’t properly inflated, missing lugnuts, burnt out tail lights, and empty gas tank shows that they are not willing to do potential customers any favors. We did purchase our vehicle “as is” and it is partly our fault for trusting that they did their due diligence. The owner of the company himself “filled” our gas tank as part of our purchase, but we discovered he put about 3 gallons in an otherwise empty tank... thanks. 

If you do plan on purchasing a vehicle from them be very wary, and absolutely DO NOT use their financing office. I have what is considered excellent credit and the best they could do was 8.99% with 20% down for a 36 month term... Days later, I was able to get an UNSECURED used auto loan to pay for it at 2.49% for 36 months. Simply put, the finance team either doesn’t know what they’re doing or their practices are downright predatory. Very unprofessional and dissatisfying experience in the end which is unfortunate and could have been entirely avoided.

These guys worked with me to give me the deal I was looking for.  They shopped my loan around and got me a rate 4% under what was originally offered.  Keep in mind that everything is negotiable and they are trying to make a living, so don't blame them if you don't fight for what you want.
