Waitress was delightful. Restaurant was freezing. Despite that, we were seated by large pane windows. Eggs ordered over medium. One was hard cooked, the other runny whites. Neither could be considered medium. Bacon was so crisp it just crumbled. Potatoes were the best thing
Toast was fine and plate was warmed. A nice touch on a cold day. 
Would think twice before going back.

I've been to alot of friendly's over the years, but I will say this is the best I've been to. I won't say they're perfect, but no place is in reality, however the have nice staff, good parking, and pretty decent food. I will admit I have gotten food I wouldn't ask for again, or smaller portions then a week before hand. But this is like a childhood icon for me and it's a great place to take kids to get acquainted to eating out, or just to have fun. Either way I'll continue to head back time and time again, until I'm out of business or it is.

The cheese melts are well worth eating. Waitresses very good at jobs.

Food and service was good but food was slow to arrive.

I got seated at a dirty table and was  sticky, and booth had crumbs all over it
overhead vents dirty, restroom walls dirty smelled like urine, floor dirty urinal dirty.
Inside take out had ice cream and cherries ground into floor which is understandable at night, but not at nine in the morning. I walked by take out cooler dirt and dust all around and behind. If the customer area is dirty and neglected I am worried about what the kitchen looks like. Staff showed little concern stated it is not our problem closers did not close properly. Poor leadership if staff indifferent to client concerns . I will never eat here again . It is probably time for new management because what is going on at this location should concern corporate and customers alike.
