I usually go to the Papa Gino's in Taunton and love it! So I decided to place an online order to be delivered for noon.... 30 minutes late; mind you, I've been waiting since around 9 AM FOR THIS, all excited! Garlic fries, never again; are they bathed in a gallon of oil prior to serving?The toasted raviolis would have been amazing if they were even the slightest bit warm. Buffalo chicken pizza? Not too terrible, but cold. Yay! The delivery driver was super apologetic though, whatever. NOTE TO ALL: if you get delivery from here, do not tip ahead of time, expect your food to be 30 mins late, AND make sure you have a microwave, because your long awaited pizza is cold on arrival. I'll stick to baldies from now on when ordering lunch while at work. Thanks Papa Gino's!

I can honestly say when I have to leave town to a different Papa Ginos and even that Papa Ginos they’re employees will not go over to the Middleboro Papa Ginos’s because it’s not only filthy and disgusting but their employees are not only rude and obnoxious but also I’m very concerned with their hygiene habits. Over the summer the last time I went in there and final time I went in there I witnessed employees sweating over customers food not washing their hands, They thought it was hilarious and as far as I can tell corporate does too because they’re not doing anything about it shame

This place is literally the most disrespectful papaginos I've ever been in ,I had sat and waited more than a half-hour on what was clearly a not busy day around 8 for a large chickn wing with buff. After the first half hour they gave toe the wrong food,waited more time got my food was displeased I was laughed at by the two larger woman cooks and sent on my way with what I realized what was still the wrong food

Ordered a pick up order. Told 20 to 25 mins. Showed up after 45 mins. Pizzas just going in the oven. Got lots of attitude about being short staffed etc. Not my prob. Heard staff mocking me on the way out. Called and spoke to the manager. She didn't really care or seem surprised. This location should be restaffed. Not remotely close to the papa ginos / d'angelos standard.

HORRIBLE. Disorganized. Slow. Waited 10 minutes to order. 25 minutes for food   Served pizza first. Waited for salad extra 10 minutes.  Four people working behind counter.  Avoid like the plaque. Much better pizza near by
