Reviews

The name is not reflected in the experience which is about as cold as the frozen desserts.  Prices are much higher than they should be for such cheap food.  Price listings on certain items have unexpected stipulations and you can find yourself spending more than you anticipated leaving you SOL with a bill that is sure to eradicate any lingering pleasant thoughts about "Friendly's".  

What you should especially consider is that there are an extremely high number of reviews, many from 'local guides'.  These are bought reviews hired by Friendly's to balance out their naturally low rating.  No establishments, with legitimate ratings, have such high quantities of reviews with such contrasting high and low ratings.  Without these false reviews you can safely wager that their rating average is most likely under 2 stars.

Fastest dining service I've ever had! Just Awesome! I stopped in while working in the area,  The food was delicious, & my hostess Linda was Polite, patient & Funny! I would visit again.

This location has always had the worst employees working there, cussing left and right, so loud, and the server have the worst attitude. The food is always good though

Was a so so experience. Very accomodating for our seating cause of my wheel chair but at same time the girl seemed very nervous. After a bit though she seemed more relaxed and things went much better. Better yet left like a stuffed grinning fat cat
