I don't know what other people are complaining about but this place is pretty awesome! The food is great! Everyone that works there are very friendly:D
And for those that say they are short staffed it's not their fault! And this place is always clean and a comfortable environment! And those that had a bad experience with a person that works there you should complain to the manager! Whoever is reading this I hope you have a blessing year!

Poorly run.  Took 10 mins before the waitress came to our table.  She was not very attentive.  At one point she went outside for a smoke break and came in wreaking of smoke.  I have to say that this Friendly's has been going down hill for some time.  Bottom line, it's poorly managed.

Too bad.. not sure why this friendlys is so poorely managed. Service is poor, food is below average.. i would never go again..
