I have been going to this Dental care facility for a few years now and the last couple years have not been good experiences. Newer, younger doctors who strictly follow their protocol and do not seem to care about the patients needs. Due to some serious health issues I went to alternative medicine and I have since had a complete recovery of my illness. I am determined to keep it that way and avoid any unhealthy treatments, foods, medicines etc ... in my body. 
I was told it was time for Routine X-rays and I chose not to have them done as I was not having any dental issues or in any pain. I was just there for a routine cleaning. The doctors were persistent and made me feel very uncomfortable in their explanation making me feel like they were trying to find something. I insisted that I was not in any discomfort and did not want to do the X-rays. Needless to say, I decided to walk out and find another local dentist that is more than happy to accommodate my needs.

Worked at this location one week, if you have another choice for dantal care take it, the doctors are very good, but you must evaluate the front desk staff, they are your first contact before seeing the doctors, some of the staff there feel they run the office because they have worked with doctor for years, the management staff had turn a blind eye to managing the staff, if you have no choice but this location and have a problem you must insist on seeing Karen Wallace the administrator She will listen! Just remember as a patient you do have choices!

I wanted to thank Dr Smiley and Ed for my beautiful new front  crowns.  Ed did such a wonderful job creating my 4 front crowns and working with me on the perfect color and Dr Smiley made sure the other teeth matched perfectly and the crowns fit perfectly! The dental assistance and the front desk staff all made sure I was happy. I can never say enough good things about this practice and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face😍

The staff was friendly until they realized I wouldn't pay the better part of a grand for a cleaning their competitor unequivocally stated I did not need.

They claimed I needed a special several hundred dollar cleaning. When I asked for a regular cleaning they told me it was "all or nothing" and then rushed me out of the office.

I went to a competitor who declared my teeth to be in good health. All I needed was a routine cleaning.

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Be Ware

After a routine teeth cleaning the dentist came in to look at my teeth. He mumbled something about maybe a cavity and then kept trying to sell me on invisalign. He NEVER even acknowledged this 'cavity'. He was more concerned with trying to get me to setup an appointment for this garbage and not the actual health of my teeth.
