If you do not wish to be taken advantage of, avoid Great Expressions on Linebaugh (well all of them really). They force you into deep cleanings that you do not need. In fact, two other people who were in the chairs next to mine were told they need deep cleanings. Then, this Linebaugh office charges you for items that they do not submit to you insurance company. They force you to pay full price, and refuse to refund when the insurance company steps in on your behalf and tells Great Expressions that you’re owed a refund because they aren’t following the guidelines of insurance policies. I am owed nearly $200. The best thing to do is to file a grievance with your insurance company. Great Expressins will ignore all attempts the insurance company makes to communicate with them. The more grievances MetLife Dental receives will eventually result in Great Expressions being denied in-network service with them, resulting in loss of business. If Great Expressions wishes to play games, patients have a powerful resource to fight back in their insurance grievance program.

It’s wonderful to arrive to a place and feel that warm welcome. I’ve been going there for less than a year and I feel part of a family. The girls (assistants) there are super friendly and very professional, the orthodontist is very nice and he really knows what he’s doing too and the receptionists are very understanding and outstanding.

I have been going to this office for a couple years now and I can honestly say they are very professional and the nicest people! They make you feel like family and get you in and out. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great orthodontist office!

The Great Expressions located on LINEBAUGH for Pediatrics is definitely number one. The Pediatric dentist Dr.Monteleone she is very passionate about her work she is a very humble human being and my children were treated with such friendly care. Her two dental assistants were also great with my children. Last but not least the office manager Odeal was very professional and very helpful. The team at LINEBAUGH works very well together. Their attitudes are very genuine very pleased with my dental visit...I highly recommend this location to my family and friends!!!

This place is run very inefficiently. We had to wait for 1 hour just for X-rays to be taken. Still waiting to see the doctor...
