This is one of my favorite restaurants in Denton. The food is great, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. My only complaint is having to order at the counter for lunch. It seems like they should offer table service regardless of the time of day. But the chocolate cake more than makes up for that.

The fried pickles were good. The alligator eggs were ok. Need better consistency between peppers. Some had a good amount of crab others felt like they had little to none. Still these are probably my second favorite alligator eggs. The salmon and Alexander sauce were fantastic and we'll cooked. The people were nice. Would definitely go again.

The blackened catfish was great!  Not too spicy and the fish was moist and flavorful.  Crawfish etoufee and dirty rice were great too!  Friendly and attentive wait staff.  Overall fun atmosphere and fast affordable dinner.

The food wasn't really that good, but the service was really kind.  The front desk lady was sweet, and our food came fast, the food just wasn't all that. 
I guess you gotta go to the bayou to get some real bayou.

I love Frilly's.  The food was delicious and Joe Tucker was on his game. Joe plays every Friday night from six PM to nine or a little later. This is a one man band you have to see to believe.
