Received food from the to go line. Irdered 2 buttery jacks and curly fries. The meat on the burger was cold and tbe fries were hard from sitting out. I took the order back for a refund. The establishment had one customer. The bin holding tbe fries was halfway ful and there was not a heat lamp visible. My order was refunded without asking any questions.

Obviously it's jack in the box. Can't expect perfection. Docking one star because they always find a way to fill up my drink 2/3 full rather that closer to the top... just annoying lol.

You can't go wrong with Jack in the Box we love the number 16 the Teriyaki Bowl the egg rolls from Jack In The Box to me are probably the best egg roll out there and it can go against any Chinese restaurant egg roll the flavor is perfect plus most of the Chinese restaurants don't do their own egg rolls nowadays, they're frozen and then just put in the fryer but if you go through the drive-thru double check your order for some reason they always forget your fork or they always forget something that's the only thing I've been that that team is awesome love them.
