Curtis was wonderful! Me came out multiple times to ensure the job was completed to their standard. I was led to by another company and used Frog as a secondary opinion. I'm so glad I did! They were honest and didn't try to swindle me out of money. Their company is very trustworthy! I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Very impressed with this company and the service. Josh was great and took the time to explain all the work he was doing and got us fixed up on the same day our heater malfunctioned in sub/freezing temps. My dog really like him too and he is an excellent judge of character! Very much appreciated and would highly recommend this company. Josh rocks!

I moved here earlier this year and have used Frog from the beginning to service and improve my existing heating and air conditioning system. So far both AJ and Curtis have proven to be experts at their craft. Not only are they great at explaining what's happening and what needs to be done, but  they're fantastic at going through options and coming up with the best and most effective solution for the life of our system. 

If you're anything like me, you want to work with a company you know you can trust to be knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and have competitive prices. Frog Heating & Air is that company. Give them a call.

We have two heat and air units in our home that have needed servicing separately in the past year. Our first experience last summer with Curtis W. at Frog was so great that we didn't question calling again when a sensor went out on the second (non-serviced) unit during the recent cold spell. We crossed our fingers that we would get Curtis again but didn't require it since we know the record cold lows are straining all resources. But we were thrilled when Curtis rang our doorbell. He had our sensor repaired and our Nest thermostat reinstalled (we'd taken it down for testing) within the hour. He is a great guy with handy knowledge. Since we needed the service, we were happy we got it from Curtis and Frog.

Terrible service. Called  and scheduled two days ahead and before last snow to ensure they would have no travel problems. Called on day of appointment and again during the two hour window they said a technician would call. No one called. After the 2 hour window I called and was told my appointment “fell through the cracks” and I have to reschedule in two days. I set up another appointment but also called LEE Electrical. Lee came out the next day. As a courtesy, I called Frog to cancel the re-schedule and swear to God.....they had no record of my re-schedule, either.
