The senior plumber, Jeff, was very professional. He did a good job explaining my various options with water heaters. Jeff and the other person helping him, Noel, took great care during the installation that things were both safe and clean. Jeff made certain that everything was working well and that I had hot water before he left. Jeff explained how it worked and he gave me his number to call in case I had any other questions. I feel really great about my experience with Hiller.

Greg, the Hiller plumber, came on time late at night and did an excellent and thorough job. He also took the time to explain everything that was being done plus options for future improvements. Although a pipe leak, especially at night in a Friday, is never pleasant, he made it all good in the end with his plumbing and people skills. I really appreciate it! I would recommend Hiller to everyone.

As always, Hiller is prompt & professional!  When I called about a potential leak reported by water company on Friday afternoon, Matt arranged for a service technician to come out that day!  After thoroughly checking plumbing, the technician called with the cost before starting repairs.  I was very pleased with the cost & authorizes the repair.  Once again, a jo well-done!  Thanks Hiller!

I've been a Happy Hiller customer for twenty years and use them exclusively for all my plumbing,  HVAC, and electrical.  Very dependable,  quality workmanship,  courteous and professional employees from dispatch to technicians.   This is TRULY a great company.

Hiller is simply fantastic.  Having used them for years for all plumbing, HVAC and electric I will go nowhere else.  Every experience I 've had has been top notch.  All their people are highly skilled, courteous and professional.  They get the job done right the first time and do so with high quality. So grateful for a company I can trust.
