Rates and payment plan I have for our auto loan is great. Customer service - could greatly improve. Before I make a trip to the very limited locations there are I'd like to make sure certain services that are offered are operating. In this case, the coin counter that always seems to be out of order at the Sierra Pkwy location. I'd be more than happy to call the branch directly to verify but the only contact I'm able to access is to their customer service in general who 1) either transfers me back into the queue 2) offers me the business hours for the branch or 3) no one from the branch is picking up. I think if communication and/or access to speak to someone who is physically at the branch becomes available I'd be more than happy to change to 5 stars.

They put a hold on my statements/mail despite my providing the new address. The Carson City office said it's my fault because I changed my addresss in the Reno office and didn't tell them to remove the hold on my mail. There was no hold on my mail at that time. Funny how the W2 forms always got to my new address. Their branches don't talk to each other so if you make a change in Reno, the Carson City information will over-ride it. And even after calling the Carson City office, they still didn't update the information.

Repossessed my truck and said I owed 1800 dollars to get it back . Come to find out the teller was placing my payment in a different account and not telling me of my delinquent loan . Thanks for screwing me over greater Nevada
