Frontier  park is a beautiful, serene place to go for a nice walk. Runners also enjoy it. Right along the river front you have beautiful views. There are bathrooms that are open from April 1-November 14, but if you are down walking the trails and pathways, you can always take a brief walk up to main street and use the bathrooms at the Gazebo. Speaking of which, when you are finished taking your walk, you can head up to mainstreet and grab some lunch or a drink. It's a beautifully historical area and worth the trip.

Even on a cold like today (April 6, 2018), it was nice to take walk through this park.  It is well maintained.  The Veteran's Memorial is especially appropriate in that setting!

Very great location right next to Main Street offering lots to eat and shop at.  Great places to sit and relax and right next to the trail to do some walking/jogging/running or bike riding.  The lake is very pretty and there are lots of things throughout the park to peak your interest.  Lots of events are hosted here throughout the year.

I'm here probably 5 out of 7 days a week. Great vibes. Good people. And a LOT of doggies

No matter the season,  Frontier Park is a great place to go and walk the grounds, see the monuments, and enjoy the view of the river.  Some fun seasonal festivals are entertaining to visit and see homemade products, delicious foods and live music to sit and enjoy.
