Extremely poor. Scheduled the appointment out several weeks in advance, they called to confirm the day prior. When we arrived they ran my insurance and said I was inactive. They then told me I would need to pay the hundred dollars to be seen. I asked them to bill me since I know I have insurance and didn't have a way to pay that day. Said that wasn't possible lost wages at work that frontier your the best.

I set up an appointment for my husband and they were nice enough to get him in a slot where someone else canceled. They told me to have him there at 10:30 am and to have his insurance card. I let them know we do not have a physical card as it has not been mailed yet. They said the one on the app would work fine. He shows up at 10:30 am where they proceed to tell him that he was supposed to be there at 10 am with paperwork filled out and a print out of his ID card.......They did not give me paperwork for him or tell me that he needed to be there at 10 am. I suggest you not go here! What a terrible experience....
