Red Bluff Health and Fitness is located at 100 Jackson Street. Our Facility features a large gym, pool and jacuzzi, fitness classes, day spa/tanning, and physical therapy owned and operated by Jim Montana, PT. Stop in to meet our friendly staff, take a tour and to find out what our great membership rates are and our specials for the month.

To enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve through our Therapy/Wellness, fitness philosophy, programs, clean, comfortable atmosphere and to instill in the lives of people everywhere the value of health and fitness.

I was looking for a variety of group fitness classes. They do offer some, just not the variety that I was expecting them to have. Yoga & Zumba are good here.

the staff are were very friendly and helpfull. when i sighned up it was supposed to only be month to month . i was never told anything about , if i did not go i was still to pay. do to health problems i could not go. also i went for the use of the whirlpool hot tub,which was not hot half the time and dirty most of the time.i was always removing large innsects or dead toads. then the pump quit working altogather.

This place is really dirty and no one even wipes down the equipment that they just used. Rude staff, except for Zeke. They never seem to talk to you or pay any attention to you. Equipment is old, worn out, or not working properly. And the worst part is during the summer months. When it's over 100 degrees outside, it's like a sweat box inside.

Friendly staff for whatever you're there for; physical therapy, working out, tanning or a swim/dip in the pool/spa

Excellent small gym with lots of equipment. No lines and friendly staff. Co located with a physical therapy office. No attitudes here.
