I would give this place a 5 because their baked goods are so delicious!

However they lose a few stars and a lot of business because they are incredibly inconsistent with their hours of operation. You simply can never know when they will be there! 
The past 3 times that I have tried to go there they have either closed early or decided not to open at all. It makes being a customer incredibly frustrating since every trip becomes a gamble. 
There are lots of people that want to buy their products but they are alienating customers to the point that they are losing valuable repeat business.

Downgraded: 7 total trips made during business hours. Each time they were closed. I'm giving up. There are two other shops that sell baked goods right by them. I'll start going to those instead.

We dream about your little gooey butter cakes!!!! you are such a light at our Farmers Market too! Love finding your morsels tucked away at many little restaurants and coffee shops around town!

Amazing baked goods at a reasonable price! Savory items like quiches and pasties with treats like gooey butter cake. Do not miss the home made granola for later!
