Our wellness spa is unique to the area because we not only offer sensory deprivation therapy in our float rooms but also cryotherapy! Whether you are looking to relieve stress or help alleviate specific muscle pain from sports we have what you need. We also offer massage therapy in our unique massage chairs. This place is great!  They combine chryotherapy and float tanks.  No matter what ails you,  they have an answer.  The chryotherapy machine is top of the line and they also can help you out with a spot treatment which is great because they can offer a unique style of facial that works extremely well!  The staff is very friendly and informative.  I highly recommend them if you would like a nice day spa style treatment or if you have an injury you are nursing.

This was my first experience with cryotherapy, but it won't be my last. Frost and Float was very accommodating and took the time to explain the process. I went in with pain and left pain free. 5 stars!

FROST & FLOAT CARES ABOUT ITS CLIENTS AND IT SHOWS!!

FROM THE SPOT TREATMENTS, FROST FACIALS, FLOAT & WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY. YOU CANT GO WRONG AND YOU WILL FEEL LIKE A WHOLE NEW PERSON WHEN YOUR DONE.

I had such an amazing experience here. My husband and I both went in for the full body cryotherapy. Before we did that we were able to try out their out of this world massage chairs. All I can say is "WOW!" You have to try it for yourself! Most awesome thing ever! The whole body cryo is fantastic. Jenna talks you through it the whole time letting you know what you are experiencing. This is a must for people that work out. Athletes or people training for Spartan's. It takes the inflammation right down. I had zero pain when I got out. My husband had alot of aches and pains from his work and from old injuries. He felt great when he was done. The following day we went back for more of the amazing massage chairs and to try the float therapy. It was truly one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The float rooms are nice and big. I never once felt claustrophobic. You can hear the soothing music thru the water. I loved it and can't wait to do it again!! The owners are so nice and helpful! You really must treat yourself!
