What an unbelievable experience we had, Eric and Jorge were the best, with us every step of the way. We now have a beautiful custom bar that takes your breath away. They were very informative and helpful  with what became a huge project. if you are going to have a major makeover or want something that is first rate there really is no one else they are the very best!!!  Truly appreciate all of their efforts and can only say if you want quality and peace of mind this is the only place to go. Thank you for all of your efforts we will make many memories for a lifetime in our new patio!!!!!

After determining the Hot Spring brand was the one to purchase (and eliminating 3 other brands and the giant spa warehouse store). I made 7 or 8 trips into the store viewing working displays and finding answers to find a spa that will work in my size patio, right sized for us, power requirements, cost to operate, maintenance, etc. Diane was always helpful and never tired of me and my questions.
After purchase a delivery date and time was set. Their delivery crew arrived on time. In about 2 hours it was in place and accessories attached.
The store and delivery personnel were friendly, answered all my questions, and had maintenance tips.
We've been using the spa, almost daily, for 2 weeks and i can honestly say this purchase is the best money spent in years.

The nice folks at Valley Hot Spring Spas have always answered my questions and treated me with respect.  Their prices are quite competitive.  I'd much rather support a local merchant than an internet company far away that doesn't give advice or have the parts available same day.  The fact they give so much advice for free is remarkable.  I highly recommend Valley Hot Spring Spas.

My husband and I highly recommend this place.   They had the lowest prices and also had our new spa delivered within 48 hours.   The customer service was fantastic.  Everyone that came into the store while we were they expressed how happy they were with their purchase.   Matt treated us like family.  No pressure sales and excellent customer service!!

Our spa was delivered Friday and we are loving it , the delivery guys where awesome  new exactly what they  where doing , they where professional and courteous.
Our sales person was Matt he was very professional knowledgeable and had a since of humor which for me is very important when your spending that kind of money, Eric kept us informed on the  spa process again he was very professional. I know if we need anything there a phone call away. 
Thank you Valley Hot Springs for a great experience .
