I always have a fantastic experience there! The owner is so friendly and always asks about my daughter and my boys and the man who does my acrylics is always ready for one of my crazy requests of what seasonal design or idea I want!  Best place I've been to in the area!

Nail tech had to blow her nose during when she was filing my nails. Took the nail file with her to blow her nose.  No good. Wouldn't switch tools.

If I could give one star I would. I asked for a pedicure with the callas removal to get some extra scrubbing and I end up with a staph infection!! Clearly they do not sanitize after every use. The doctor confirmed it was infection due to lack of hygiene. Be careful where you go asking for a pedicure.

Lousy customer service. I came in for a pedicure, but the guy told me a 20 min wait.  Ok, when I returned, I lost my spot,  there was a walk-in right after I went and get a cup of coffee across the parking lot at Starbuck.  They only take walk-in.

They don't take appointment, only walk-in. Customer need to be at the door at least half an hour to close time or else. Got the worst full set ever.  Its only been three days, and two tips has broken off.
