Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

We bought a Samsung 65" 4K TV and had nothing but problems with it three months after purchase. Conn's did send a repair guy five times to the house eventually replacing every component of the television. The TV still shuts off randomly. Conn's stated they would NOT replace the television so I'm stuck paying for a TV that does not work correctly. I do not recommend this company just because we don't know who else this is happening too. The only way to make these companies do the right thing is to STOP purchasing products from them as a whole. If you've also had a bad experience, I recommend politely spreading the word and hit them where it hurts, in their pocketbooks. Without customers, companies would be nothing.

Never a good experience. Took almost 30 minutes and got double charged to pick up online order because nobody knew anything about anything.

Horrible service !! advertising 65" Samsung t.v for $53 per month plus " FREE " sound bar for 36 months comes to find out they put us through this new program that they joined with Called progressive well I ended up paying $62.50 every week just for one tv and I already paid $1400 so far and still owe $1,800 the tv was only worth $1,300 !! & I called so they can pick it up $250 a month is not worth it .. so I'll be calling corporate because ( Sergio ) did say it would be $30 a month ! And took advantage of us cause we were 18 at the time !!!

Got a bad laptop and was asked by a manager (Sergio) to bring it in just so he can tell me that there was nothing he could do for me and pretty much make me feel like a fool because I didn't purchase the $500 protection and it had been 48 hours since I made the purchase and store policy is that I only have 24 hours to bring something back. All of that could have been done over the phone when I called in the morning and he looked up my account and not have me come all the way to the store just to send me away again with no solution to my problem. I'm extremely upset how I was treated by this manager and would never go back to purchase at Conn's or recommend Conn's because of him... The sales guy (Samuel Flores) was great. It was the second time in a year that I purchase something from him.

Conns does business the exact same way the failed Furniture/Appliance stores do business (i.e. Roomstore). Great on the front end when you are buying but when one of their appliances breaks they try to figure out a way NOT to cover upon initial phone call. Customer service reps are rude and sarcastic and enjoy telling you something is not covered. Managers are not available and you don't get called back when you leave a message. I'm not sure if it was just 2 rogue employees having a bad day but my guess is they simply do business this way since I did not get a call back from the manager. BTW: we bought the EXTENDED warranty and they decided to play this game despite the fact we have bought 3 items (over 6K after all said and done) and the item in question was in fact broken and falls within the boundaries of what is covered. We were going to the labor day sale to get another TV but after this experience, it's a NO GO. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
