Average grocery store. However do not like the idea of scanning/bagging nonsense. Why should I help you lay off employees and do their work for them?? Ridiculous corporate garbage. Also you can smell your seafood from 15 feet away?! We have had to return seafood a couple of times before we stopped trying. Open container frozen entrees? Uh...no thanks. We see lots of folks digging around inside them and if you think hair, and other "things" are not falling into the bins you're not very bright. Disgruntled employee "messing" with the food in the bins? That could never happen, right? Whoever made those management decisions should be relieved of his or her position.

A smaller but clean store that had a very well stocked produce section and small but very good meat counter. The young man went to get more ground beef because he said it did not look too fresh. A friendly, helpful staff.

I went to this Fry's today to purchase food for a bedridden patient who was without. He could reimburse me in two days when his check came in. I was in such a hurry that I forgot to offer the cashier my Fry's card. Blackberry's were on sale from $2.99 at just .99 cents, so I bought five packages. Since this occurred at 4:00 p.m., I'm certain the cashier must have been aware of the sales price, but she did neither ask for my Fry's card nor charge me the sale price. After reaching my patients home, I proceeded to go over the receipt with him, and that is when I saw the charges for the blackberry's at $2.99 each. After leaving his home, I returned to Fry's to get the discount I should have received. Imagine my dismay to have the customer service representative hand me a card for store credit of $16.10 ( the total bill correction). I had paid cash and expected cash back, but was informed any refund over $10 had to be in store credit. There were people in line behind me and I just left fuming rather than hold them up. Arriving at home late, now 8:00p.m., I called the store to speak with the manager. Customer Service asked "which manager"? I said, the store manager. Geesh! She told me to hold on. I did for 5 minutes and then there was the sound of a phone ringing. No one answered. I called AGAIN. This time I told my delimma to the Customer Service Rep and she asked if it was a man who issued me the store credit. I said "yes", and she said "hold on.". Suddenly there was a man saying "hello" and I assumed she had transferred me to the in store service rep who had issued me the store credit. Confused, I said, "I don't know why she gave me to you but" ...the man said "I'm the manager.". OH!! Nice I was informed. Then I reiterated the entire sequence of events to which the manager replied "if you had your receipt and you paid in cash, you should have been given cash credit. If you want to come back in, it will be corrected." Awesome, right? Not so much. I started out trying to do a good deed. This will make my third trip back to the store to correct what the store incorrectly charged me for then refused to refund in cash. NO! I DONT want to go back to the store, but since they have not the empathy to understand the inconvenience this is causing me and the inconsiderate attitude of offering me nothing more than what they owe me in cash, this WILL be my FINAL trip to their mismanaged, ill informed store!

We've always loved this location. Even though we moved and there is another fry's a little closer, we still go to this one because of the friendly staff and great layout.

Staff is nice. Store is nice. Bakery lady gives my baby a free cookie every time.
