I called to make an order for meat at 5 pm! The guy on the phone tells me, "we are too busy and packed we are not taking any more orders  today and cannot take your order!" So rude with a very mean voice. First of all, mind you I go to Mediterranean Market because they are nice people and good service, but I had no choice so I had to call them. The guy has the nerve to tell a customer on the phone he cannot cut a damn chicken breast? Just chicken I had to pick up and he said "no call tomorrow" I said "no I will not be calling this store." This is very bad customer service and if  anyone reads this, just know that this store owner and people have no manners or professionalism on how to speak with consumers. To be honest I do not go there because he doesn't have good meat anyways. I just had no choice because we were out of chicken. Hey Pardesi Grocers, LEARN SOME MANNERS!

The daily made food is good but the quantity keeps going down and the price is creeping up.  They could work on customer service and politeness.  Prices are okay.  Have found stuff cheaper at other stores.

Good Indian Pakistani grocery store. Has good cooked food,  Halal meat. Great for catering food too.

This place is dirty & owner is rude. I went to buy meet & place was disgusting & bad smell is coming from meat. Meat is expensive & just for the sake of halal meat they are fooling people. Don't buy anything from here
