Store was neat and organized and that made it easier to find the items I needed. Went to the deli and my meat and cheeses was sliced just as I asked. Definitely recommend.

After asking three people, and waiting 20-plus minutes at the floral department, I finally got a nice guy from produce to help me blow up balloons. Over all it took me half an hour to buy three balloons. (Which I had to tie myself.) Thank you to the man who finally helped me the best he could, but I lost my patience with this Kroger today.

Store was busy with pre holiday shoppers. All check out lanes were open, plenty of staff  were available throughout the store. Great experience.

Parking is always hard to find, no matter the time of day. The store is much smaller than some of the others but yet they just keep adding new products. There is a Little Clinic, Starbucks and 5/3 Bank in here. They also have a greeter. Most of the store employees I have encountered have been nice and willing to help me. They don't have a great selection of organic goods though and there are many times I am unable to find products I am looking for. This is the closet store in the area, nearest Krogers are a bit of drive either to Liberty Township, Sharonville or Woodlawn.

Good to stop in for a quick trip or normal weekly shopping bit they sometimes run out of items on sale. Generally I have no complaints about the quality of produce. Meat/ sea food counter is okay but we typically go elsewhere for these items.
