Today I decided to treat myself to pizza and wings. I noticed a gentlemen was answering phone calls and taking orders. While waiting I noticed he kept his composer even tho how busy it got. While placing my order he greeted me and was very attentive with my order. While waiting I see him going back and forth and making deliveries to the tables. When it came to my order he noticed I was missing my fries and quickly correct it and was quick to apologize. I ask for his Name and he responded saying his name is Marvin. I want to thank Marvin for his excellent service! I will come back just because of his excellent service!

Pizza and wings were very good.  They were very busy before the Wizards game, but said they weren’t expecting it.  The process was just very inconsistent for getting your food and drinks.  Luckily there was one employee that was leading everyone else, helping direct the others with what to do and high-fiving them after successes.  She was fantastic.  A different worker used the f-word when a coworker was calling her attention though.

The pizza is good,  but the stromboli was more like a pizza bread. It was still good just not what I was expecting.  The service is good but they lost our order (it was really busy) and the first 2 people I asked after waiting 30 mins pretty much just brushed me off. I had to get a manager to figure it out.  The manager gave us a whole small pizza when we had only order 2 slices. So I'm pretty happy with her. However the 2 guys working there who didn't want to help are keeping my score at 3

Forgettable food, limited seating, slow fulfillment . We went at a busy time before a game, 35 minutes later we had to walk up and ask for a piece of our order since none of it had come out yet. So we picked up side items of which were our bacon/cheese fries. They appeared to had been done for at least 20 minutes as 1/2 of it had become big dry cheese clump. We were hungry and the game started in 20 min. so we took them. FOR OTHERS I suggest going somewhere else.

Decent pizza at a good price. It’s really conveniently located for grabbing a slice before a game or concert at the Capital One Center. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick.
