Horrible customer service! I'm getting 2 stars, not for quality or taste, but for poor customer service. I ordered delivery on a Saturday night. The pizza came at the advised time (~45-hour). However the delivery driver was very rude. Before I completed signing the receipt, he had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Then when I gave him the tip, but explained it was not customary to ASK for one (rather it can be expected for outstanding service), he threw my money on the ground and sped off in his car. This was after he denied my extra seasoning packets customary with delivery drivers. I did call and report him to his manager who apologized. Still unacceptable! Won't be ordering from here again!

We had a horrible customer service experience with a driver from this location today. The attendant at the front desk of our hotel.told us that the delivery people make their deliveries in the front lobby. The driver we had sat outside at the curb waiting for us to come to him. 

WE are the customers. Your delivery people could at.least meet us half.way, instead of continuously calling us over and over again and threatening to leave,  especially since we had to.come downstairs from.our room. 

Also, we did not receive any plates or napkins with our delivery. What ever happen to the complete customer service experience? It seems.that this particular location of Papa Johns is banking on the food being enough to keep customers coming back. 

My goal is to prepare future customer for the sucky customer service they will propbably receive (especially after seeing the other reviews), so they can make a better choice among the vast number of other competitive food service providers available to all of us.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. I don't care that it took an hour to get my pizza I would just like one that is cooked through!! The crust wasn't even “crust" it was dough!! Uncooked dough!! The delivery person looked like she just crawled off the union station water fountain. Those of you who've visited or live in DC know what I'm saying with that. I never expect much out of the chain joints like these but c'mon man.. At least cook the dang thing!

Waited over 2 hours for a pizza!  When I ordered I was told 45 min-1 hour and I ended up waiting over double the estimate.  I called after an hour and was told the driver was arriving "momentarily".  Almost an hour later they arrived with a sad soggy cold pizza that I wouldn't pay $5 for.  After we ate it, 3 people got food poisoning.  From a vegetarian pizza!  NEVER AGAIN.
