Wow... George Lima and his Fulcrum Properties Group far exceed our expectations. Not only is George an exceptional agent and down-to-earth, but he has a fantastic support team. George connected us with outstanding professionals from a home inspector to a renovation contractor and more. His connections with people & businesses really paid off huge and stood out from other realty experiences over the years.

When George first showed us our future home, it was well under our budget and a perfect central location... including walking distance from our daughter's preschool! George gave us his straight up assessment of how this place could become a great home and solid family investment. When we decided, George not only secured a great deal, but connected us with everybody we needed to turn this fixer upper into our home... without breaking our budget or schedule. In particular, George's preferred home inspector was so good at highlighting what needed repair, the seller eagerly gave us a significant closing credit to seal the deal.  

For our family, this new home couldn't have worked out better. George & team have our thanks!

We just closed on two properties with Fulcrum and couldn’t be happier with both deals.  The whole team - from list, to stage, to transaction, to purchase, to close - was simply incredible.  We had the pleasure of working with Paul Nalabandian, Katy Fetsch, Liz Gowins, Yo-G Gozner, Tony, and a few other folks from the team. Each provided us with thorough, professional advice at all stages of each of our transactions.  They are fair and principled negotiators, thoroughly understand the markets, and appropriately advocate for their clients. I have to admit that I had some reservations about working with a team of so many folks- but the reality is that it was great, allowing each member to focus on particular areas, and the process was seamless. You know you’ve had great representation in a transaction when, at the end of the deal, you consider your agents your friends.  I don’t know how many folks can say that about their realtor. We look forward to catching up with them at happy hours and future Fulcrum events.  Thanks team!!

We hired Ty and Fulcrum as our seller's agent and it was the best decision we made.  Ty and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding us through the selling process, including staging the house and setting negotiating sale price.  Our house sold in less than 2 weeks for above asking.  Cannot recommend them enough.

Can confidently recommend Fulcrum & agent Brian O'Hora for your D.C. housing search. We knew we wanted to stay on Capitol Hill, and Brian and team were incredibly knowledgeable about not just the housing stock/pricing but also other important contacts familiar with the market and D.C. row houses. These connections with established and trusted local lenders, appraisers, inspectors, etc. were essential in making the process successful. We also had the pleasure of working with Liz Gowins on logistics. She's incredibly detail-oriented and made sure nothing fell through the cracks in what could have been an otherwise very frantic few weeks. We may not be the typical story, but it only took 6 weeks from our first sit down with Brian to getting the keys to our new home. Couldn't be happier!

I used Fulcrum Properties to sell my Capitol Hill house. They were professional and responsive. Their knowledge of the area really helped maximize the sale price. Everything went through very smoothly and my house sold in 5 days. Can't do better than that!
