Customer service is definitely going down hill! I used to love coming to this place, it seems everyone there has changed, along with the friendly atmosohere. Sad to say because they have some of the best vacuums around! Still, how my concerns were met was very unpleasant not worth good vacuums. Going else where & recommend you do the same.

I show up, by 6pm, Fri afternoon. Google maps says they close at 7pm. First I clean out and vacumm inside, though only few air hoses left. That didnt bother me, I simply thought they were prepping for close. 

After inside cleaned out, I proceed to the car wash entry. 3x standing around, entry blocked, registered covered, over head doors closed. They proceed to tell me they closed. I explained they supposed to be open til 7pm. They explain hours changed. I explain google has listing at 7pm. They explain they will update the hours on google. I explain im a prepaid fast pass member and i have no intent of buying anything, Im also a Uber driver and the outside of my car is obviously dirty. I asked him,is their anything you can do for one last car wash? He tells me an email already sent about closing. I tell him "all other locations closed, i came here because google said open, i need the wash to make sure i provide my customers good clean car, and if I have to go do wash myself at an all night self serve wash, im leaving co cause Im not getting the service I prepaid for. He told his fellow workers to start it up and he opened the wash for me. 

Apparently My standards of customer service are much higher than their standards. 

I posted a notice to edit the Hours listed on google maps. I posted a pic to show the exit overhead doors were closed. Unfortunately, they HAVE no posted hours anywhere on building. Maybe they think they close when they want? Idk!!

Unacceptable Raceway. Post your hours. Make sure crews stick to it. And raise the bar over your competitor, or customers will go to the others.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH!!! Took 2 of my vehicles down there today and both got scratched in the same spot, driver side rear door! Both my cars are dark but, never had this problem at the rinse n ride up the road!
