Story

Full Circle Service Center is a subsidiary of Vehicles for Change (VFC). An auto repair shop and social enterprise, Full Circle helps train automotive technicians and upholds the mission of VFC by helping to fund the program to award cars to low-income families.

The Halethorpe, MD based facility will serve greater Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Howard and Anne Arundel communities as a repair shop that provides maintenance and repair with extremely low labor rates. We are also a certified state inspection station.

Full Circle serves as a training ground for ASE certified mechanics, who are from the prison reentry population.

I've been bring my car to Full Circle since 10/16 when they were able to replace and fix my catalytic converter and one other thing that normally would've been close to $2000.  They did it well, very very well for just under $1000.  
This place is amazing.  They are reliable, friendly, honest, great and do a great job on the work they do.
My only fear is the rest of the world finds out about them and appoints become hard to get.
IF YOU AREN GOING HERE YOU ARE MISSING SOMETHING GREAT!!!

My friend accidentally put diesel gas in my car (yes diesel gas! and no the pump was not a diesel pump but he was tired so I guess mistakes happen). Thankfully, he caught the mistake while pumping and we did not turn the car on. The car was towed to dealership and when the expensive quote (Yikes! dealership prices) came in we decided to try Full Circle. After all the have amazing reviews, affordable prices, and tow. Once my car was towed to the location, I received a quote for double the amount of the original quote because someone attempted to start the car (while the diesel was in the gas tank) causing much more damage to the car. The tow driver informed Full Circle that the " Service tried to start vehicle and was unable". Later I received the message that the tow truck driver actually saw the technician starting my car. Surveillance video from the dealership determined both to be UNTRUE. I have attempted calling back to speak with a manager or owner at Full Circle but keep only the service person "Steve Allen" ( not sure if this is his real name) whom told me no manager was there and they would never provide the owners information. Also, he hung up on me 3 times. At this point I am stressed and discouraged. At this point, I really wish I would have stuck with the dealership. Yes, the service would have been much more expensive BUT I would have received excellent customer service

Full Circle customer services rep are very professional and treated me as a valued customer. They will troubleshoot your issues and create a treatment plan to resolve your issue at the least expensive source of the problem first.  Its also a subsidiary of a Non-Profit so you are also supporting a great cause
