An hour and a half after handing them my keys and waiting for an oil change my car still hadn't been taken back yet. I had to cancel and ask for my keys back because this was majorly throwing of my schedule.

The prices are good and I've had them do oil changes and replace tires on numerous vehicles in the past, but today they struck out. Would have loved to have been told at the start that there would be an unusually long wait.

They definitely need to work on their speed and communications. Will try them again sometime when I have a lot more time on my hands. May edit this review to reflect any improvement if there is one.

They need to hire a new front desk lady immediately. She is rude, unfriendly, and needs to take a class on how to talk to people, especially if that is the main part of your job. I watched her answer the phone at least three times and she was rolling her eyes and being rude to every single person. She needs n attitude adjustment or a job that requires not talking to people.

Terrible service. Very unhelpful. Too lazy to search for items or even check another stores availability.
