Passing through to PA (from NC), my brakes stopped working in downtown Baltimore right before 5:00pm (of course). Mike and John made me a priority by hooking me up with "a gentleman" tow truck driver and replacing the main brake line early the next morning. They absolutely understood my situation and greatly reduced my stress level. And they did all this even though my truck has Steeler logos everywhere . . . NOW THAT'S PROFESSIONALISM! Hands down THE best garage in the Baltimore area.

Reasonable and customer focused Car Care! 
About 14 years ago I had used their services for replacing the transmission for my Dodge Caravan. It was my first experience then and I was recommended by my coworkers Paul and Kenny. I was very satisfied since the cost was significantly lower than the dealer quote and their workmanship was excellent. If I recall correctly, any major repairs done to my vehicles other than the dealership were all performed at Southwestern Car Care.
Again, very recently I needed some significant repairs (above $2,100) to my 2002 Toyota highlander. The repairs were finished on time as promised.  I am satisfied with their work now and will do a final review within a few weeks. Mike and John were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. However, based on my past and current experience, I would highly recommend Southwestern Car Care to anyone who is in need for an auto care. Thanks to John and Mike... Keep up the good work.

I was recommended to them  by 2 relatives. This operation is the real deal. Straight talk. Promises kept. I have 5 on the road vehicles that I bring here for service. I wont even think about the Dealer for service again. I highly recommend!
