Got the “express detail” package. Job was ok. Still some bottle caps and food debris between door frame and seat. Floor mats were put in the wrong sides. You can see the wipe marks on the seats and spray marks as well. Still a little dirty, but you get what you pay for I guess. A good detailing should be around $100. This was $35

I was recommended this place, closer to home, will never be returning. Their lack luster performance left much to be desired. My dash was barely wiped down, full pieces of junk food still left in my cup holder, and dirt still very noticeably missed with a vacuum on my seats. When they were called about their service, they did offer to redo it all at no charge, but if they can’t do a sufficient job when paying them nearly $40 with my mats being cleaned, I would rather fix it myself than waste my time hoping they get it right this time. In the future I will be making the drive to Menomonee Falls to ensure quality work and good service.

12-30-17. Went in and purchased the best wash they provide. They didn’t clean my windows, dash, seats and no air freshener which is all part of that package. Not only that but I had to ask them to pop my trunk and dry around that or they would have sent me off dripping frozen water from my trunk. With mat cleaning, for almost $40 it was not worth it at all.

Full Service Car Wash does an abysmal job. I barely ever write reviews, but this place sucks and they are expanding right now. No idea how they keep their business. Every time I go to this place, they refuse to dry my truck. I'd cut them some slack because there's a good amount of surface area to dry, but it has gotten worse every time I have gone. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back, I am enraged. The man who moved my truck from the end of the washing line to the drying area almost dragged the rear end into the wall, laughed about it, and said "I gotchu!!!" when I ran over to make sure it wasn't damaged. He braked really quick and workers around him seemed panicked... From from my angle it looked like he collided with the wall. It is about 5 degrees outside right now, so it is important to dry the door jams and the windshield, but today they did neither of those things. They told me they were done after about 30 seconds of drying. I asked if they were done, they said yes. I said that it would all freeze if left like this. The older man told the other one to leave it. I had my own microfiber towel along, and I held up the line because I didn't want to dry it in the 5 degree temp. They dried enough of my windshield so I could see through it while driving and the door jams were still wet. There was still ice on my rear bumper which they refused to knock off for me. The roof was still wet. Someone sprayed glass cleaner on the insides of the windows and no one wiped them down. Then they started honking at me from the end of the washing line, and they opened the door to escort me out, so I left and parked in the Acura dealership next door. I put on my gloves and continued drying until the rest of it inevitably froze. If you care at all about your car, skip this place. They are expanding their business and thriving off of the people that don't care about their cars, or the ones who pay more than they should. The only reason I keep going here is because I received prepaid washes as a gift, years ago when management wasn't so awful. I will be calling them to complain.
