Ran my car through the wash today and there was a truck ahead of me in line. I heard the driver ask the worker if it was still the same as before they remodeled and if his tires would fit in the guide still and the worker said he was good to go so he went and I went and the rollers hung up at the end and stopped everything and when they got it going the guys truck was stopped and not moving and the chain pushed my car under his rear bumper. The workers stopped everything and had both of us drive out without finishing the washes abd pull off to the side. I then realized our cars had hit and my car had gone under the back end of his truck. We alerted the owner Joe, and he informed us that it was not his problem and he was not responsible and started blaming the truck driver that was in front of me.  The owner was very rude and disrespectful and doesn’t care about customer service. He said he has a lot of these washes and never has had an issue.  I’ll never go back again due to poor service.

Total waste of my time! I called Fuller's Car Wash in Elk Grove and asked how long it would take to get a full service wash and trunk vacuum. The man on the other end responded 10 minutes. When I asked if the line was long if I came in right now he said no. When I got there the place was closed and surrounded by fencing clearly under construction. I parked anyways and a guy came out and said they had been closed for about a week for remodeling and that he had been there all day answering phones. I told him I had called about 10 minutes before and he said that I probably called the Des Plaines location. I pulled my phone out and confirmed my call log against the number of the business and he clearly lied right to my face. Never will go there again now that I know it's run by liars. Went to Rocky's about 10 minutes down the road in Itasca and got exactly what I wanted. I do not recommend this place at all.

I'm usually happiest when my Jeep has nice splashes of mud around the wheel wells, but my fiance can't stand it. He gives me a Fuller's Elk Grove gift card every Christmas. They take good care of my Cherokee here!

They did an amazing job with the interior of my car, which was a disaster when I dropped it off. It is now spotless; it hasn't been this clean in years. I also asked for one of the basic (under $10) exterior washes and they didn't charge me for it which was nice. I will definitely come back here.
