I was a loyal weekly customer of Fuller until today. They raised their prices ridiculously with no added service. I asked the owner what the deal was and he gave me a list of excuses. Water costs, labor cost, material costs, etc. I told him I wasn't happy and this would be my last time paying over $21 plus tip for a wash and wipe down. He was very sarcastic and could care less about losing a loyal customer. Hopefully he will notice other customers feel the same way and start washing their cars elsewhere or at home. By by!!!

They do a nice job with both oil changes and the car wash.  The service performed is good, however the cost is a little bit bananas.  A synthetic oil change with a "free wash" comes out over $100.  I would rather they just offer the wash separate and have more competitive prices regarding the actual oil change.  Most smaller auto shops will get your oil changed with synthetic for 60-70 bucks.  So I only go when I also need the car washed/vacuumed out.

I have been a customer for this location for over 11 years ever since I got my driver's license and have had zero issues up until today. I purchased a full service wash and as I drove away, the chrome lining to my rear driver's window fell off into the street. As I went back to talk to the manager, Bob, he suggested that the part was not stock because the part had been glued on and there was NOTHING he could do to help me. I am not one to argue so I defended myself and stated that the lining was flush with the rest of the car and after learning he couldn't help me, I left. Now first off, I doubt that my grandparents purchased an aftermarket chrome lining for their windows before I purchased the car from them, and secondly many car manufacturers use an epoxy/adhesive to secure car parts. I was floored by the fact that even as a loyal customer who has actually recommended other people to go to this location was treated this way and was not even offered any compensation (ie coupon or free car wash) at the minimum. You would think a full service wash would include customer service, but apparently it does not. Ultimately, I will not be returning to this car wash or any of their other locations and would suggest others to do the same.

I spent $55 last Sunday for a horrible job! Wheels were still dirty, to where I had to wipe them down myself! Spent extra for the interior spiff and even pointed out the area I wanted clean, never happened! Cherry on top...they didn’t even take out the WeatherTech mats in the front to clean them!!!! The car wasn’t even that dirty, but I will stick with my local hand car wash which is half the price with much better service!

MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU CORRECTLY WHAT IT WILL COST UP FRONT!!!
I dropped mine off for an oil change and it needed a good cleaning. Oil change guy suggested the full detail package #3, which he showed me a card that said $199.95. This agreed with their website, which also listed $199.95. No asterisks, no multiple prices, no exceptions.
When I went to pay the bill, it was $35 more. I asked why, and the manager pulled out a chart that showed 3 different prices for the package, mine was the middle price, for small sized SUV.
They gave me $10 off for a coupon they would have given me credit for either way. So basically, I had to pay $35 more than their webpage advertised price, which also was $35 more than I was quoted when I dropped off my car.
I've been there often. And they did a fantastic job! The car is beautiful inside! It really surprised me how great it looks! But I feel conned out of $35 extra, and in a fashion that hurts. I'll remember this a LONG, LONG TIME!
They should have fessed up at that time, admitted their error, and eaten the $35.
