Am very satisfied with then replacement of the air conditioner on my travel trailer. When I returned home, I was unable to find the locking brace for the slide out. I called Jeremy who sent me a replacement. Later, my wife found it. Awkward! I called the company to make arangemet to pay forthe new one and was told to keep it as a spare. I will use them for needed services in the future.

Took my Camper in ladt June for what should have been a 3 to 5 week repair, this would include ordering parts.  They finally finished that repair 3 werks ago.  We picked it ip and discovered water damage and black mold whete they had left slide outs partially open.  It's now back in their shop again for 2 weeks again so far.  This has been the worst experience I have ever had, and will not recommend this place to anyone.

After purchasing a used RV from out of state, there were a couple issues that needed to be addressed with the unit.  Even though the service schedule was already full, they worked me in on a one day notice and surpassed my expectations.  The amount charged for the work performed was exceptionally reasonable and the staff was very accommodating.  I would definitely recommend this business for and service needed.  I will definitely be returning for other servicing needs in the future.
