We came all the way from St. Louis to Antioch to purchase our RV because we got a great deal on it. Joel was very helpful over the phone before the sale and David did a fantastic job with the financing. There was no hard sell to purchase any extra equipment. Chad was very helpful in showing us our camper before we left the facilities. They set it all up for us and answered all of our questions with no rushing us. We are very happy and satisfied with this purchase and recommend anyone to come there for their RV needs.

David at the front desk was super helpful and it was refreshing to not have to deal with the hard sell tactics I've experienced with other shops. Chad in service explained everything in great detail and made sure we were satisfied with the work. This is the 2nd time I've used this location and they've earned a loyal customer. I'm recommending them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work!

We had a fabulous experience with Fun Times.  We live in San Diego and bought from Antioch Ill. sight unseen.  They delivered our trailer when they said they would and we had no problems with it.  David was always honest and efficient.  We would recommend them to anyone.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. 
We bought a used camper from there about 2 years ago.  We loved the unit, but almost did not buy it as the owner was hard to get a hold of, answer questions, and not very friendly.
Every time we brought in the camper for repairs we had to bring it back again (and even again) to have them properly fix what was wrong.  This of course made some camping adventures not so pleasant because of lack of water or having to stop every few miles to jiggle the electric connection to make sure the driving lights stayed on.
One time I was there for over an hour and no one spoke to me, offered me a cup of coffee or anything.  Though this place is fairly close to my house I would never buy anything from there again as customer service is not a priority there.
