Office is rarely ever open, lot rent prices very high, especially for what's offered. And they automatically go up average of $25.00 a year with nothing to offer. A Retired person with only social security as income, couldn't live here, especially if they don't own their mobile home outright. Lot rent and taxes average over $800.00 dollars a month. The roads are terrible, lot of pot holes, and dips that most cars bottom out. lot of rude people, including some staff. Lot numbers don't go in sequence. No visitors parking. Not supposed to park on street So many people do park on street hard to drive through Dead tree's everywhere. No recreation center for residents, Things being as they are this park is in One of the best locations around. It's close to the interstate, shopping, and some of the restaurants in the Kenosha area.

high lot rent with little to nothing to show for it when you are being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a month and cant repair the roads in the park its a little crazy. on top of that they are pretty rediculous about what you can do with your property i won my trailer and they still want 25 dollars a month if i want a dog in my house. there has been toilet paper in a tree since last summer and they still have not cleaned it up they dont salt the roads in winter and the plow guy comea after midnight blasting music and doing a terrible job of plowing. this place is basically run like a personal cash cow that the owners take from and gove verry little to they raise rent every 6 to 12 months without fail and even though it says they pay water and sewer you will pay atleast 40 dollars a month for...water and sewer. tenants have no rights and they have no responsibility. i moved out as soon as i possible could and will never go back zero stars from me

Terrible landlords and they raise the rent by like $50 every year. HORRIBLE place to live.
