I look forward to every appointment with the Doctors at Functional Health Institute of Atlanta.  Both Doctor Bridget and Dr. Phil are a wealth of knowledge that will empower you to take control of your health.  Each and every appointment is over an hour.  (My first visit was 2+ hours!! A big change from my previous other doctors who saw me for 20 minutes if I was lucky!) Line by line your blood work is analyzed and explained to you in extensive detail.    I

I knew something just wasn't right and instead of waiting for that train to come down the tracks later in life, I decided to make the call for an appointment.  Best decision I ever made regarding my health.  Functional Medicine helps me get to the "root" of the problem, not mask it with a prescription drug which is loaded with a disclaimer of problems.  

If you are wanting to truly gain control over your health, eager to learn, be compliant and follow the doctors advice and teachings, you will see results.  [Now granted no one is offering a miracle cure and some people may not be the right fit for this practice, but I knew personally that I just didn't feel "right" and wanted to heal from within.  I had nothing to lose and everything to gain my Health, the most important gift in the world.

I could not be more pleased!  I'm a "prove it" kind of guy and skepticism is my strong suit, however, I gave Functional Health Institute a try to see if they could help.  Right off the bat they were able to evaluate my body systems and find out which ones were over- and under-performing.  I had no idea these things were going on; I just wanted to loose a few pounds around my belly that I could not seem to get rid of.  Not only are the pounds dropping every week, but the results are motivating me to stay with the program.  I eat so much better now and am able to identify those foods that put my body into a tailspin, and I feel tremendous.  For instance, I used to feel terrible for multiple days if I missed a good night's sleep.  Now, a minor set back like a late night out has little to no impact on me.  Wow.  I feel 20 years younger.  Also, having been with the program for a few months I am happy to report that I have dropped 3 to 4 inches around my waist.  That feels great!  Dr. Phil and Dr. Bridgette also provide monthly seminars that are very informative, and care very much for their patients.  I'm so happy that my wife and I have connected with them!

I went in knowing something wasn't right. Blood tests revealed Hashimotos disease and inflammatory disease. The assistance and care I received has been tremendous! Its a year and feeling better than I have in years! They are so sincere  and make you feel like family!

Buyer Beware of beliveing the hype about curing your type 2 Diabetes , I went there for six months and was told they would be able to help me. Six Months went buy and the only thing they were able to help me with was my eating habits. They make you sign up front that they do not gauratee results ,that should have told me something. I followed the program exactly as they prescibed, Always trying to blame me that i didnt follow  the program and they tested to find out that i had done as i said i had done. They charge you a huge 
amount of money up front and then try to explain away why you are not seeing results. The herbal remeidies they gave me did not work. You should do some research on the products they use. I do not reccommend this Process to anyone.
