This Hospital had the most loving and caring staff I've ever seen. Most of the employees are honorable men and women of God. If you are ever in need of help with and mental illness or addiction, this should be your first option.

I spoke to the staff or customer service about my fiancé, and they completely gave me the run around when I asked to speak to the doctor, or social worker. Either they are ALL just "winging" service, and don't know how to handle family of inpatient, or they just totally ignore family asking questions period, and this part of the hospital is ran like a concentration camp? Which leave the question, is it about MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS, or is it ABOUT GETTING THE MOST OUT OF INSURANCE FOR MONEY, and THEYRE GONNA HOLD YOUR LOVED ONES HOSTAGE FOR MONEY!! 
WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE at WellStar in Austell GA??

After having to go in personally, staff has gotten a bit friendly, and introduce me to a few other staff members. Although lying to me about the names they told my fiancé who they go by, they told me how they run operation to protect the privacy and secrecy "if any" of their patient. They still stuck to protocol and sent me on my way, letting me rant about who I am to my fiancé, but not letting me get to the point, rushing me, by heading for the door, so conveniently I didn't get to the point of her "Discharge", trying to  be cordial, and keeping my composure in a rushed convo. 

So, keep your cool, and get to the point, and maybe you'll get the answers you need for your loved one

Hospital staff completely made up chart entries in support of a misdiagnosis.  If I had not seen my complete medical record I would never have known.  Be sure to request your medical record and review it if you ever go here.  Mine are full of errors and now needed as part of a legal proceeding.

The facility was good and nurturing. I learned a lot from Sharon and Dr.jaimee. The people in the scrubs need a vacation so they come come to work with a different attitude. The food was good.
