Funhouse Lounge is an arts-centric lounge, located in the central eastside. A Modern cabaret of sorts, a place to enjoy a drink and some good eats while being entertained. Home of The Unscriptables; Portlands best unscripted theatre company. Accoustic music nights, Storytelling, Poetry, Dance, Live art, and so much more.

Bar tenders are very friendly and nice. Drinks were a good price. The comedy show was decent.

Amazing actors and performance. Sadly, the one show I watched ran an hour past ticket time. Instead of replying to my feedback about updating it I was censored and blocked from posting on their facebook threads. My rum and coke was more like water and coke, and the venue felt very disorganized. First negative google review I've posted. Harsh from a fan and performer of live theater.

Saw the gateway show here and it was amazing! Super funny and had a good variety of comedians. This place has a turf patio with tables outside and lots of seating inside as well as a bar in the center of the building that is open on both sides.

Clowns? Check. Wizards? Check. Karaoke? Check. Hot bartender? Check. Creepy amateur comedians? Check. This place has it all. A friend and I came to Portland for the first time and were looking for a unique place to visit. We decided to try Funhouse as it seemed pretty interesting. We came in at the tail end of comedy open mic and then stayed for karaoke. Even though it was a Wednesday night and the place was a little empty, everyone there made the most of it and we had a total blast. We wanted to find all the weird that Portland has to offer and we found it at Funhouse.
