I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Kemper and the Funkhouser Group. Kemper was the consummate professional, while also being easy to relate to and genial. He paid attention to our needs, while also encouraging us to look into options that we had not previously thought of. We are new to the area, and we feel as if we have made great connections throughout the process with the Funkhouser Group.

Called to get information about purchasing a condo, and was met with rudeness and hostility on the phone by Suzanne Trow. She refused to answer my questions when I tried to verify that I was calling the right number, and seemed angry and hostile during the remaining conversation. Hopefully the rest of the staff is friendly, or at least not as hostile and confrontational as Suzanne.

I moved to Harrisonburg from overseas with my family. Cindy Nevin was fantastic in helping us with the move. She was a vast source of local information and very attentive to our needs. By the time I arrived in the 'Burg for a 10-day house hunting trip, she had previewed possible houses for us and we managed to come up with the most suitable options. In 10 days we looked at many houses, made an offer and returned to Europe with the comfort of knowing that we had a beautiful house to live in after the move. All this would not have been possible without Cindy's dedication and hard work for us. Thank you.
