Looking for dream property isn't always the easiest thing to by yourself!  Planning to move from Ohio to Central Virginia, I located Gayle Harvey on the web.  During our conversations I explained what I was looking for, and Gayle immediately started her magic.  Within hours, I received a list of properties which met my criteria.  After four tips to Virginia, and many road hours we found our dream property - Thanks to Gayle, a true  dedicated professional - will definitely be my agent in the future for further acquisitions.

Gayle is an angel, peach, and genius - with real soul.  Before we selected her to be our agent, we interviewed a number of others, but only she understood our house, saw its charm.  What's more, she suggested listing it at a higher price than the other prospective agents had recommended -- and she got it!!!  Thank you Gayle for your patience, understanding, and savvy.  You're the best.

Gayle and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with while selling our property.  She couldn't have made the process easier, more straightforward, and hassle-free; she cares, first and foremost, about her clients.  I can't recommend her more highly.  Would use her again in a heartbeat!

Gayle Harvey and her team did a wonderful job selling our large post and beam home on a 200-acre farm in Madison County Virginia. Every aspect of marketing our property was well planned and executed. For instance, photos were taken inside and out during different seasons to showcase the property. The website was beautifully done and was easy to find which drew many international and local buyers. We had a lot of showings and excellent feedback from each one, we were never left in the dark. Any suggestions we had were accepted and implemented. Gayle Harvey did not just work hard to get the listing and forget about us, she brought lots of buyers and continued to market the property and stay in communication with us. Gayle also found us a new home and we highly recommend her services if you are buying or selling a property.
