It took well over the expected window to get our product. It was transferred to 2 different delivery companies. I had to call and be told every call to call back for status the next day. We finally received the product on Friday, damaged. I have been attempting to call the company and email the rep multiple times since Friday, it is now Wednesday afternoon and still no response. Very unsatisfied with their response time and customer handling. I will never order from this company again.

I wish i could give this company -5 stars.  Shady business practices.  Refuse to help and you cannot call them on the phone.   Left well over 10 voicemails and no one has ever called be back.  Going on two months waiting for furniture.  Terrible company.  Do not, and i mean DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks!

Hello, I have paid thru PayPal for a swivel couch from Furniture Creations on 02/19/2018 and I was told that delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks, unfortunately to date I have not received my couch and neither a phone call although I made numerous phone calls and sent few emails for an explanation. I am starting to wonder if the money was paid to a ghost company. I spoke once to a rep by the name of Susan before the purchase and for some odd reason now she is no longer available to take phone.  Can someone explain this? Thank you. Adeline

Beware of this company. After multiple delivery delays, the piece of furniture I ordered was dropped off in my driveway in the pouring rain without even notifying me of a delivery time or date. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the item was severely damaged. After seeking a return, the company refused because they claimed the dresser had to be in the exact box in which it was delivered. This is the box that was ruined from their own driver leaving it in the rain. Long story short, I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars for a broken piece of furniture.

I wish I could give this company a 0/5 star rating. I ordered a buffet table on November 4th...wasn't shipped to us until January. After finally receiving it, it had damage and we called the company to get a replacement. It took two weeks to get a response to donate the damaged table and a new one was going to be shipped. Fast forward to March, we finally receive the replacement table after at least 25 phone calls asking what the status was and why it was taking so long...only to realize this was also damaged and assembled incorrectly. To have waited a total of 4 months to only receive two damaged tables is unacceptable!  Definitely not worth the effort and will NEVER order from this company again.
