I bought a couch and it was great. I financed it and the very next month was able to pay in full. The payment system online had no way to do that easily. I could only pay my first month payment instead of just the full balance. Why does it need to be so hard to literally just take my money?

We have had good experiences with The Dump for the past few years and have purchased a sectional and rugs. Unfortunately those good experiences ended this weekend when the salesperson we were dealing with sold a sectional out from under us. We told Bonnie on Saturday that we had to measure our space, were very interested in it and would be back on Sunday. 
I came back today to buy the sectional and it was gone. Bonnie had sold it to another customer, not bothering to tell us it was the last one. Previously, we had picked up our purchases at the Dump warehouse or had them delivered. I had no reason to believe it was the last one and Bonnie didn't bother to inform us. What's very troubling is that she didn't seem to care and said she "didn't know."  She shrugged her shoulders and tried to push another sectional on me.
This is HORRIBLE customer service and surprising considering our experiences in the past (they were great) and how apparently desperate Bonnie was to make a sale as she literally followed us around for 20 minutes on Saturday.  
Maybe this explains her attitude for selling something out from under a customer - sell at all costs.  It's a shame, and apparently the Dump trains their salespeople this way. Otherwise it wouldn't have happened.

Angel Larkin is an excellent representative.  
The selection was fair.
I wanted a sectional with 3 recliners in leather look or leather and could not find one. I ended up going with a three piece setting.  the following day i would have liked to exchange the long couch for a love seat so i would have had 2 love seats and one recliner. i read the terms of my purchase and realized there is absolutely no returns OR exchanges.  I wasn't happy with this policy.  I believe you should at minimum have an exchange policy for 7 days.  I can agree with a no money back policy due to everything being 'one off' , but I would think you could offer an exchange when it is not clearance and the plastic material/packing material  has not even been removed.

This is actually there outlet store.  We bought a very cool table for pennies.  You have to look.. but you can find a gem.

This place has great deals on rugs and furniture. They do carry mattresses but I have never compared pricing. I bought a new leather couch here about 7 yrs ago and it's still holding up great. Most of their stuff seems like one of a kind or close out pieces. They carry name brand items at a fraction of the retail price. You have to sift through all of their inventory but you may find a really good deal. Some of the sales people are no pressure and easyamd some are not. So just pick someone you think you may want to work with.
