Typical Home Depot experience. Customer service desk employees were too engaged in their own conversation to provide, well, customer service. I do know that they were short staffed for the evening and someone was going to have to work late. Hope that Greg is feeling better and no one's shift was extended past 8:30 pm. Seriously heard all of that while waiting. Come on! Thanks to the floor staff that stepped in to help me do a return and make my new selections. Training may be in order for some.

I can always find somebody to help me. And they're always very pleasant. They always offer to help me load up my truck and everybody is really knowledgeable about where to locate things. I shop at this Home Depot often. And my dog's happy with her new doggie door.

Gentleman working the customer service desk wasn't helpful. Asked him to help me find an air compressor and his response was that they were short staffed. There were more employees than customers in the store. The only reason I give it three stars instead of two is because the cashier was a very pleasant person.

My husband and I were in home depot today to buy a bath tub and tiles for around tub and grout. We asked for help on the tub 3 times no one came . I walked up to a man that worked there and asked him to help us and he walked away. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received in a home depot. I never want to go back! This home depot is in Tempe off Warner and 54th st. Terrible service

I just love the way the cashiers stand in front of their registers waiting for the next customer. Who does that? Only Home Depot. Also everyone in this store is very pleasant and helpful. We ordered a hot water heater over the 4th of July weekend and they had it installed THE SAME DAY!! Thanks Home Depot!
