Excellent customer service and in-store help! Delivery delays could have been better communicated, not by the drivers but the warehouse with items damaged, not in etc. It took a few weeks longer than said and had I not called I would have never known. We moved our furniture in preparation for the new and then waited nearly a month. Furniture is excellent quality and delivery guys were professional and timely.

Good prices and friendly people. Found the perfect couch and had it delivered, on time as scheduled. An automated system contacted me before delivery date to confirm, once again to establish delivery window and finally to notify that it was on it’s way. All in all, a well-designed system. Sales staff were friendly and not pushy, allowing me to shop at leisure.

The whole experience was awesome. Our salesman was Tony and he was super helpful and friendly. Not pushy at all! The delivery guys were very friendly and quick to delivery and install it all exactly where I needed it. Couldn't be happier!

We had initially gone to Nebraska furniture Mart and purchased furniture. The day of delivery they called and said that the furniture had been damaged and they had to reorder. It would take another month and half for it to arrive after we had already waited 2 months. I cancelled the order. The following day we went to Furniture Deals. Our salesperson was very polite and very helpful. 3 days later our furniture was delivered and setup. It is beautiful! Thank you so much. We will do business with you again.

We have bought stuff from here multiple times now, the first experience was pretty good just buying a couch. The second time the experience was TERRIBLE, going into the store, none of the salesmen approached us, we walked around the store for at least an hour figuring out what we wanted before we had to go up to a salesmen since they all continued to ignore us... Yet we still decided to spend $4,000 on a bed set, mattress(which should come with a box springs), and adjustable bed frame. Then we get told that they can't deliver for over 2 weeks, so we waited the time and got it delivered upon delivery we got everything except for our box springs that should have been including with the mattress. So when we called the store to see why we didn't get the box springs the "manager" that got on the phone was nothing but rude, to the point of yelling at a customer that spent $4k at this store, claiming that since we paid extra to get a adjustable base that the box springs that we paid for was no longer included. When you decide to YELL at a return customer when you claim to be a manager and tell them the only way you're going to get a box springs if we come back and pay for is when you lose a customer
