We purchased a mattress set on 10-13-17. Sales personal was friendly, said our purchase would be delivered on 10-17-17. They delivered on the date but was the wrong mattress set. I called the store and drove back to the store after being told that the mattress set we received was a more expensive set. WRONG IT WAS A CHEAPER SET. I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE SET THAT WAS PURCHASED. Nonetheless, I have called everyday since and still waiting on the set of mattresses I purchased. Don't waste your time , unless you pick your order up yourself. The mattress set that they delivered, we was told to use them until we got ours. Hope they don't sale them as new mattress to anyone!

I'll never make another purchase from this store. They have great prices but it's not worth the inconvenience. It's been a couple of months and I'm still waiting on an item I ordered. I should have just followed my first instinct and paid a few extra dollars to get it directly from the Ashley store. The sales person was very nice but I will never order anything else that they don't have in stock. This is truly upsetting and at this point I just want my $700 refunded. Never again...

We will not do business here again. My husband ordered 5 pieces of furniture from here August 11th. He was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they got our living room tables in. 7 weeks later we still had not heard anything from anybody about our furniture that we were about to make our 2nd payment on. My husband called them and left a message for the manager, he never heard back from him. I went by the store while I was in the area only to be told he didn’t know why it wasn’t there and he done an “allocation” on it and he would know something in 24-48 hours. 4 days later my husband calls to find out what the deal was after the allocation, he got told the same thing, that he (the manager) was going to do an allocation on the furniture. My husband calls back a few days later and when they still could not tell us anything he told them to take the furniture off the bill and update the financial contract. It was then that the furniture appeared in the store so we went to get the furniture only to be told that 2 out of the 3 pieces that we were waiting on was there. He asks to speak to the manager who was not there at the time but would be back in the store within an hour. We killed some time and came back to the store (3 hours later) and the manager still was not there. The time that I went to the store it was the manufacturers fault that we still did not have our tables. I asked why the manager did not return my husbands phone calls (5 total) and his reply was that he didn’t get the messages. We are fed up beyond belief with the lies and run around Update: we got the two tables home that finally came in and one of them was cracked and busted and had scratches on it. We will be contacting the better business bureau in the morning. My husband finally talked to the head manager today and the only thing he agreed to was to take the tables back and take them off of the bill.

I had a very bad experience here. I ordered a couch. It took forever to get here and when it did my wife and I were very excited just to get it home and it be the wrong couch. He did give us a refund. However we also ordered 2 extra chairs for our table we bought. We did get a great deal on the table, but we paid for the chairs in May and it's mid July now and still no chairs!!! This is what you get from here!!! It's just not the way to do business. I was told 3 weeks it was all a lie. Go see John Cline at Ashley furniture he is the perfect furniture salesman. He is honest and you will get your stuff when he says you will get it . Oh and it will be correct!!!!

I had bought a couch and love seat that was on a so called Big Sale in December of 2013. It cost me $2600 and I also bought a warranty. After 2 and a half years we noticed the leather started to peal. Called about the warranty and they do not cover that and then emailed angelles and they told me "Sorry for your problem. All factories only have a one year coverage for the wrapping, fabric, bonded leather or top grain leather. The extra warranty company would be the next step but i don't think they cover peeling either. We do have some great deals on some top grain leather sofas and loveseats that we purchased at the last market. Top grain leather seems to last longer. If we can be of help please let us know. Thanks Angelles" . No help to me. So if you want to spend 2600 or more on furniture that last only 2 years this is the place to buy. But if you furniture to last buy somewhere else.
