Lynn was our rep that helped us purchase a new samsung washer. She was very imformative and quick to ssgetthru the process. I did notice that 2 people walked up during my purchase needed help and one lady twice saying she could not find anyone to assist her. Lynn had to stop my purchase to answer the questions from the other customer, Sept 19th 2017 at around 2 pm to 3 pm. I walked by one section and noticed to home depot workers standing around chilling when i left. All i can say is that Lynn needs a raise or the pay for the other two clowns chilling in the back of the building. So bad home depot but great job Lynn i will be asking for you directly.

I am normally at this location 4 times a week for work and fixing my home. I love Home Depot and actually will drive farther to come here and pass a lowes on the way. Customer service is normally very good, the employees don't try to hide from you. Today though I had a run in with a very lazy employee by the name of Dale in Lumber. He refused to cut some boards for me because he said it wasn't "safe". Funny how the man that helped me two days earlier didn't have a problem cutting the same pieces. I came back purposely because they had made my job easier by making the cut for me. I guess it's not the store but the employee you get when you stop by. I will not stop going to Home Depot, I still like it but I may have to go somewhere else to get my lumber because they really don't want my business.

Back in a appliances Lynn is the BEST! So very helpful!

If i could give a 0 i would. This home depot's management, or should i say lack thereof is a reflection upon this store. I'm a look die hard shopper til now. Now when i need something in Hattiesburg i will go to Lowes. Stood in line at the customer service for them to chit chat. After 5 min i got waited upon. It was an exchange. I had paint to get. Went to go get that. No one around. Went to get shiplap siding (tongue and groove) guy had no clue. Went back to customer service for the exchange. They alreadt "took care" of the faulty product, couldn't find my receipt, the guy had to call (while i waited more). Finally get that exchanged. Went to self check out so i could finally get out oid there, the gal insists on taking my $20 shower head to ensure it doesnt sound when exiting, she grabs out and then goes and takes a call. Meanwhile i wait more. I grabbed it and told her if the thing beeps art me, oh well i have my receipt. Get in my car, called the manager, he says "sorry you experienced that, have a nice day" and hangs up the phone. Wow.
